O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to execute the warrant after conviction of the first respondent herein for the offence under Section 138 of N.I.Act.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondent police.

3. It is stated by Mr.Leonard Arul Joseph Selvam, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the second respondent that the police will execute the warrant within a period of three weeks and produce the first respondent before the concerned Court.

4. The statement of the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) is recorded.

Further, the police is directed to execute the warrant within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and produce the first respondent before the concerned Court.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
