ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to take action to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 02.12.2021 and 04.07.2022 submitted with regard to survey the petitioner's property of a total extent of 3402 (7 ½ Cents), Hectares (2.70.5) in 2310 Sq.ft.,/214.60 sq.mtr., 767sq.ft.,/71.26 sq.mtr., and 325 sq.ft.,/30.20 sq.mtr., in Old Survey No.81A, Re-Survey No.61/2A, Pura Hectares (1.82.00), vide patta No.216 and in Konamoolai Village, Sathyamangalam Taluk, Erode District, by making proper sub-

division.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the official respondents. In view of the consent expressed by the learned counsel appearing for either side, this petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The case of the petitioner is that she acquired the above said property in Old Survey No.81A, Re-Survey No.61/2A, situated in Konamoolai Village, Sathyamangalam Taluk, Erode District from her daughter namely R.Arunadevi. Seeking to survey the subject property and to mutate the Revenue Records in favour of the petitioner, she made representations dated 02.12.2021 and 04.07.2022, before the third and fourth respondents, but the same was not considered by the respondents 3 and 4.

Hence the present Writ Petition.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the third respondent, to consider the petitioner's representations dated 02.12.2021 and 04.07.2022 and pass appropriate orders within a time frame fixed by this Court.

5. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has no objection for the said order being passed.

6. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 02.12.2021 and 04.07.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and aggrieved persons if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

8. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
