2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner in both Civil Revision Petitions is the husband and the respondent is the wife. The marriage between the petitioner and the respondent was solemnized on 20.01.2016. Thereafter, due to some misunderstanding, they are living separately. The petitioner/husband filed an application in H.M.O.P.No.49 of 2020, before the Subordinate Court, Thuraiyur, seeking for the relief of divorce,
