The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct directing the respondents to take action to dispose of the petitioners representation dated 06.04.2022 and 13.08.2022 submitted with regard to survey the petitioners land by meets and bounds. Land property for an extent of 1962 1/2 sq.ft. (182.32 sq.mtr) comprised in Grama Natham No.89/81 in Kottuveerampalayam Vilalge Sathyamangalam Taluk Erode District Admeasuring East to West on Northern side 28 1/4 feet (8.6 meter) and Southern side 28 1/4 feet (8.6 meter) and South to north on Eastern side 69 1/2 feet (21.2 meter) and Western side 69 1/2 feet (21.2 meter) within Ward No.1 Sathyamangalam Municipality and as per present town survey record Ward-A Block 6 Town Survey No.107 for an extent of 149.24 sq.mtr.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the official respondent. In view of the consent expressed by the learned counsel appearing for either side, this petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the owner of the property for an extent of 1962 1/2 sq.ft. (182.32 sq.mtr) comprised in Grama Natham No.89/81 in Kottuveerampalayam Vilalge Sathyamangalam Taluk Erode District Admeasuring East to West on Northern side 28 1/4 feet (8.6 meter) and Southern side 28 1/4 feet (8.6 meter) and South to north on Eastern side 69 1/2 feet (21.2 meter) and Western side 69 1/2 feet (21.2 meter) within Ward No.1 Sathyamangalam Municipality and as per present town survey record Ward-A Block 6 Town Survey No.107 for an extent of 149.24 sq.mtr. The petitioner made representation on 13.08.2022 before the respondent, for surveying the land. However, till date no orders have been passed. Hence, this writ petition is filed with the aforesaid prayer.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the 3^rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.08.2022 and pass appropriate orders within a time frame fixed by this Court.

5. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 3^rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.08.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
