By Principal Secretary, School Education Dept. & Others Vs. K.Shobana & Others and again upheld by Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal Nos.3745 and thereafter issue fresh appointment order to the petitioner as per the revised list, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent Board produced a copy of the letter dated 9.9.2022 before this Court wherein the fourth respondent Board addressed to the Director, Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Department, Chennai along with the petitioner's application for verification to appoint the petitioner to the post of P.G. Assistant Grade I, and the copy of the said letter has also been communicated to the petitioner. The petitioner can approach the Director, Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Department, Chennai.

2. Recording the aforesaid letter dated 9.9.2022, the writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
