The prayer made in this Writ Petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to fill up vacancies of Doctors, Lab Technicians, Cooks, Physiotherapists and other vacancies in the Government Hospitals, Keelakarai and Earvadi in Ramanathapuram District.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the third respondent issued a communication in Na.Ka.No.7792/Sika/17, dated 13.09.2022, wherein the vacancy position as well as the appointments made in Ramanathapuram District Region-Wise, have been furnished in detail.

3. In view of the above communication, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the Writ Petition may be closed.

4. Recording the communication, dated 13.09.2022, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
