ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the FIR registered by the fourth respondent herein in Crime No.45 of 2013 and for a direction against the respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute. The Inspector of Police, Sivagangai Taluk Circle, Sivagangai has given written instructions to the learned Government Advocate, that the said FIR has already been closed on 20.02.2014. The said fact is recorded.

Hence, no further orders are required. The writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions stand closed.
