ORDER

The Sub Application is filed to reopen the Contempt Petition No.872 of

2020, dated 08.04.2022 and restore the same.

2.It is not in dispute that the contempt application filed against the order passed in W.P.No.22235 of 2018 had already been closed by this Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the Writ Appeal filed by the respondent was dismissed. They have made a submission before this Court that they are in the process of implementing the order. However, the respondent preferred further appeal before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, which is now pending. During the pendency of the appeal before the Apex Court of India, reopening of the closed contempt petition becomes unnecessary. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to file an appropriate petition after the dismissal of the appeal, now pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.

3.With this liberty, this sub application stands dismissed.
