JUDGMENT
This Criminal Appeal had been filed to set aside the Judgment dated 03.03.2018 passed by the learned XVII Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai in C.A.No.190 of 2016 reversing the Judgment dated 09.06.2016 passed in C.C.No.135 of 2007 by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court – III, Saidapet.
