ORDER
By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders with regard to petitioner's application dated 04.01.2024 for regularizing the land covered by the Urban Land Ceiling Proceedings situated in Plot No.37, Survey No.103, Door No.5/8, Andavar Nagar, 3rd street, Ramapuram, Chennai-600 089 upon receiving necessary charges.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the subject land was purchased by the petitioner in the year 1989. At the time of purchasing the property the petitioner was not aware of the fact that the subject property is covered under the Tamil Nadu Urban Land (Ceiling and Regulation) Act , 1978.
