Heard Mr. T.Muthukrishnan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Harsha Raj, Learned Government Counsel appearing for the Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

2. This Court in the order dated 06.08.2019 in W.P. No. 13856 of 2019 had passed the following self-explanatory order:-

"2. The Respondents have filed status report dated 06.08.2019 stating that it has been ascertained that the Petitioner is residing at London, United Kingdom and he has not appointed any person or agent or any authorized representative to personally attend to the survey of the property and as such, the same could not be conducted in his absence. It is further stated that if the Petitioner or his authorized representative makes a fresh request and personally attends the survey of land, demarcation of the boundaries could be carried out by the Firka Surveyor.

3. Recording the said contention of the Respondents, the Writ Petition stands disposed. No costs."

In the typed-set filed along with the Contempt Petition, a copy of the legal notice dated 03.03.2020 has been filed alleging that there has been violation of the aforesaid order passed by this Court. However, there nothing to show that any fresh application has been made by the Petitioner for survey of the property in terms of the aforesaid order passed by this Court. In the absence of any such material, the Petitioner has not made out any case of contempt having committed by the Respondents.

In the result, the Contempt Petition, which does not deserve to be entertained, is dismissed. No costs.
