This Court had merely given liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the Revenue Divisional Officer, if he is aggrieved by the order passed by the Tahsildaar under the Patta Passbook Act. This Court did not issue any positive directions and hence, no contempt has been made out . This Contemptpetition is accordingly closed.
