Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents, particularly the 1^st respondent to complete and pass orders on merits by appreciating material evidence on the review petition dated 21.2.2014 of the fourth respondent within the time frame to be stipulated by this court.

The petitioner claims to have an interest in a particular school run by the fourth respondent society at West Mambalam. The petitioner wants some kind of a review petition to be decided by the Housing and Urban Development Department pertaining to a construction undertaken by the school.

2. The fourth respondent is the president of the governing body of Sri Ram Samaj, which is a society that runs the school. Mr.R.Parthasarathy, appearing on behalf of such body submits that he has no grievance and that the petition has been instituted for the personal cause of the petitioner which the body running the relevant school does not support.

3. In view of such submission on behalf of the school and since the petitioner seems to be an interloper in matters pertaining to the school, W.P.No.23788 of 2021 is dismissed.

W.M.P.No.25049 of 2021 is closed.

There will be no order as to costs.
