This contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.23231 of 2013 dated 22.08.2013. Subsequently, the respondent filed a writ appeal before the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.1464 of 2014. Initially, they got stay order in M.P.No.1 of 2014 on 10.12.2014. Subsequently, the Division Bench of this Court allowed the writ appeal on 30.08.2019. The writ appeal filed by the respondent was allowed and the writ appeal filed by the police men was dismissed.
