3. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, W.P.No.8192 of 2025 in the order dated 23.04.2025, shall be deleted and stand substituted as W.P.No.8192 of 2024
4. All other observations made in our earlier order dated 23.04.2025 shall remain intact.
