ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation in Crime No.443 of 2018, pending on the file of the 3rd respondent Police.
2. The case of the petitioner is that he is a social worker who started an organisation called Makkal Sevai Iyakkam. The petitioner started exposing a lot of illegal mining/quarrying that was happening in various villages at Erode District. The petitioner filed W.P.No.16126 of 2016 before this Court for a direction to the authorities to take appropriate action against persons who are involved in illegal mining.
