ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Certiorarified Mandamus seeking records relating to an order dated 30.04.2024 with specific reference to the direction in para No.8(2) of the said order passed by the first respondent, the Commissioner, the State Information Commission, Chennai and to set aide the same and direct the respondents to provide information sought by the petitioner in Application dated 01.02.2023.
2. In the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition, it had been stated that the petitioners had sought information from the third respondent about the disproportionate wealth of an Assistant Engineer in the Water Reservoir Project Sub-Division, Krishnagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District, by application dated 01.02.2023. The information had not been furnished. The petitioner then filed a first appeal under Section 19(1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 before the second respondent. But the information had again not been furnished.
