ORDER

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the order made in W.P.No.17293 of 2024 dated 01.07.2024 has been complied with by the respondent on 21.01.2025.

2. When the matter was taken up, the learned Special Central Government Counsel appearing for the respondent produced a letter in No.C-16018/1/224-Vigilance, wherein in Para No.13 it has been stated as follows:

“13. Having carefully gone through all the material records, viz., the Charge Sheet inquiry officer's Report Order of the Disciplinary Authority, and the submission made by Shri.K.Pugalendi, in his Appeal dated 17.05.2024 and during his personal hearing dated 17.12.2024, I concur with the order of the Disciplinary Authority and hold that the penalty awarded to him is commensurate with the charges and nature of delinquency on his part. Accordingly, his appeal is hereby rejected and the penalty imposed by the Disciplinary Authority is confirmed.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned learned Special Central Government Counsel for the Respondent, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
