JUDGMENT
The above second appeal arises against the Judgement and decree passed in A.S.No.82 of 2015 on the file of the III Additional District Judge, Salem, reversing the Judgment and decree in O.S.No.397 of 2000 on the file of the I Additional Subordinate Judge, Salem.
2. The appellant herein is the 4th defendant in the suit and daughter of the 1st defendant. The plaintiffs are the legal heir of one A.K.Jaganathan who is the brother of the 1st defendant. Based upon the settlement deed executed by her father/1st defendant, the appellant/4th defendant has preferred this second appeal.
