JUDGMENT
This Appeal Suit has been filed to set aside the judgment and decree of the Trial Court in L.A.O.P.No. 206 of 2002 dated 28.03.2003 on the file of Additional District Court [Fast Track Court No.I], Salem.
2. The appellant has filed L.A.O.P.No. 206 of 2002 on the file of Additional District Court [Fast Track Court No.I], Salem. After perusing the records, the Trial Court allowed the petition by order dated 28.03.2003. Aggrieved by the same, the appellant has preferred the present First Appeal.
3. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has strongly objected in respect of enhancement of the compensation and submitted that already the Court below has rightly analyzed the evidence on record and finally fixed the value of compensation.
5. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant has relied upon the common judgment passed in A.S.Nos.198, 200 to 223 of 2007, A.S.Nos.992 to 999 of 2008 and 377 of 2010, Cross Objection Nos.28, 30 to 44 of 2010, dated 30.08.2010, wherein, it has referred to those appeals arising out of the same notification under Section 4(1) of the Lan
