This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned proceedings of the 2^nd respondent dated 25.09.2024 and for a consequential direction to the 1^st respondent to deal with the representations made by the petitioner on 14.07.2021 and 26.08.2023, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for enhancement of compensation.

2.Considering the limited issue involved in the present writ petition, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final hearing and this order is passed.

3.Heard Mr.S.Natarajan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.M.R.Gokul Krishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents.

4.The case of the petitioner is that he was the owner of the subject property measuring an extent of 200 Square Meters. The property was acquired under the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001.
