ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report in Crime No.876 of 2024, dated 29.12.2024 on the file of the first respondent police for the offences under Sections 296(b), 118(1) and 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and quash the same.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsels on both sides represented that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and they have entered into a compromise and the same was filed before this Court.
3. The defacto complainant and all the accused are present and the defacto complainant represented that he entered into a compromise as they are known to each other. A compromise memo, dated 30.01.2025 signed by the parties, is also filed before this Court.
