ORDER
Heard both sides.
2.The petitioner's grievance is that without following due process of law, the petitioner is sought to be dispossessed. It is not in dispute that Survey No.195 of Mathur Village is a water body.
3.The learned Special Government Pleader undertakes before us without passing final order under Section 6 of the Land Encroachment Act, 1905 dispossession will not be resorted to.
4.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
