ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.317 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police within a time frame.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that in this case investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil vide e.filing and thereby nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) that the investigation was comple
