A memo dated 17.07.2025 has been filed by Mr.Gopalakrishnan, that reads as follows:-

“It is submitted that the aforesaid case came up before this Hon'ble Court on 02/04/2025, 04/06/2025 and 04/07/2025. Notice was ordered and steps were taken to serve notice. However, following Respondents could not be served. Those respondents did not participate in the connected O.S.A.No.344 of 2017 also barring 38^th Respondent who was the Appellant therein.

In view of these circumstances following respondents are given up and it is further submitted the order dated 10/03/2023 made in O.S.A.No.344 of 2017 enures to O.S.A.No.129 of

2025.

Rank of the Respondents sought to be give up: 1,4,5,6,7,11,21,22,26,27,33,38 and 40.”
