PRAYER: - The Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of B.N.S.S., praying to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner / Accused in Crime No.2 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER
The petitioner/A1, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120 (B) and 420 of IPC in Crime No.2 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. This is the third anticipatory bail petition. The earlier anticipatory bail petition in Crl.OP.No.14810 of 2024 was dismissed on 11.07.2024 by Hon'ble Mrs.Justice T.V.Thamilselvi, by making the following observations:
“5. Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner and that huge amount of Rs.2 Crores were cheated and that has not been recovered so far and it needs detailed investigation, this Court isnot inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.”
3. This Court finds no change in circumstances. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition, is dismissed.
