The appellant and the respondent got married on 17.03.2013 at Srivilliputhur as per Hindu Rites and Customs. The appellant is a person with physical disability. The marriage sustained only for six months and thereafter, they got separated. The appellant/husband preferred H.M.O.P.No.143 of 2014 for divorce, whereas the respondent/wife had initiated the proceedings of Restitution of Conjugal Rights in H.M.O.P.No.13 of 2015.
