This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction directing the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Yercaud to dispose of the PRC No.3 of 2022.

2. It is seen that final report has been filed in Crime No.198 of 2008 and now it is pending for commital in PRC.No.3 of 2022.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that one of the accused is absconding and as such, it is pending for commital.
