This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to identify the hit-and-run vehicle by analysing the CCTV footage available at the TOLL Plaza in connection with Crime No.29 of 2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is direct
