This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila court, Tiruchirappalli to conclude the trial in S.C No. 149 of 2024 within the time fixed by this Court. 2.According to the petitioner, she is the defacto complainant and victim in this case and based on her complaint, the FIR in Crime No.3 of 2024 was registered. Thereafter, the first respondent filed the final report and the same was taken on file in S.C.No.149 of 2024. But till now, no trial has been commenced. Hence this petition.
