This revision petition challenges the concurrent findings of the learned Additional District Judge, Chidambaram, as recorded in the judgement dated 14.02.2013 in C.M.A. No. 3 of 2012, which confirmed the order passed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Chidambaram, dated 28.10.2011 in H.M.O.P. No. 80 of 2008, whereby the original petition filed by the revision petitioner under Section 13 (1)(i-a) and (i-b) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 , seeking divorce on the grounds of cruelty and desertion, was dismissed.

C.R.P.No.1046 of 2015 filed challenging the order dated 12.01.2015 passed by the learned Subordinate Judge (Executing Court) at Chidambaram in E.P.No.102 of 2013 in H.M.O.P.No.80 of 2008, directing the husband to pay a sum of Rs.1,16,040/- towards arrears of interim maintenance on or before 16.02.2015. The said order further stipulates that in the event of failure to comply with the above direction, appropriate steps shall be taken for attachment of the husband’s salary and recovery of the said amount through his salary disbursi
