ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner/accused to quash the FIR in Crime No.352 of 2025 dated 11.05.2025 now pending investigation on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that the investigation has already been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Poonamallee, on 30.05.2025 and therefore, this petition has become infructuous.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent police and also perused the materials available on record.

4. Since no adverse order is being passed against the second respondent, notice to the second respondent is dispensed with.

5. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.

Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

6. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
