This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider deploying the petitioner to the post of Secondary Grade Teacher at Panchayat Union Primary School, Chinna Odaipatti, Sathur Union, which is scheduled to fall vacant on 01.07.2025, based on his representation dated
19.06.2025.
2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was initially appointed as a 'Secondary Grade Teacher' on 11.01.1999 at Panchayat Union Middle School, Rangiyan Viduthi, Karambakudi Union, Pudukottai District. He was subsequently transferred to various schools and is presently serving at Panchayat Union Primary School, Nenmeni, Sathur Union, since 08.03.2007.
