ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to transfer the investigation in Crime No.543 of 2024 registered for accidental fall, pending on the file of the 2nd respondent police to some other investigating agency, preferably the District Crime Branch at Mayiladuthurai or The Inspector, CBCID/Crime Investigation Department or any other agency as this Court deems fit and proper to the fact and circumstances of the case.

2. The case of the petitioner is that she is the wife of the deceased Senthilkumar who passed away on 13.10.2024 due to a fatal head injury sustained in a road accident that occurred on 24.09.2024. On the said date, the petitioner's husband was travelling as a pillion rider in a two wheeler which was driven by his brother Kumaresan. At about 11.30 a.m., near Jennifer Bakery in Senthangudi on the main road, a stray cow suddenly crossed the road.
