ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1, 2 and 3 to take immediate disciplinary action against the respondents 5 to 8 involved in the misappropriation of church properties and funds, on the basis of his representation, dated 14.05.2024, within a stipulated period as fixed by this Court.

2.The allegation against the respondents 5 and 6 is misappropriation of church properties. Church activities will not come within the purview of writ jurisdiction. Therefore, this court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate Court, if so advised. No costs.
