Though the petitioner herein, who is the father of two minor children had filed this Habeas Corpus Petition, seeking for production of his minor children before this Court and set them at liberty, the petitioner, who is physically present before us today, submitted that he has no objection if the custody of his minor children continues with his wife.

However, he sought for visitation rights.

2.In view of the specific statement made by the petitioner, no orders are required with regard to handing over of custody to the petitioner. However, being the father of the minor children, he is given rights to visit his minor children, who are in the custody of his wife as and when he requires, after giving prior notice.

3.The Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed with the above liberty.
