ORDER
The Writ Petition is filed, challenging the report filed by the first respondent herein in pending writ petitions in W.P.(MD) Nos.478 and 479 of
2023.
2. It is seen from the records that the impugned report was filed by the first respondent, pursuant to the direction issued by this Court in W.P. (MD) Nos.478 and 479 of 2023, dated 21.06.2023. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the report, he can raise all his objections when the report is sought to be pressed into service whenever the above said two writ petitions are taken up for hearing. When the impugned report is filed before this Court in the pending writ petitions, it is not open to the petitioner to file a separate writ petition, seeking quashment of the report. Therefore, the objection raised by the Registry as to the maintainability of the Writ Petition is sustained and the Writ Petition stands rejected at SR stage itself, with liberty to petitioner to raise all his objections in pending writ petitions W.P.(MD)Nos.478 and 479 of
