O R D E R
The writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.07.2025.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner appeared for NEET UG Exams on 04.05.2025 and she belongs to Hindu OBC non creamy category. The learned counsel would further submit that since there is no BC or MBC category while applying for All India Quota, without understanding the nitty-gritty, she applied as if she belongs to General category, however, the petitioner's community comes within the OBC category.
3.At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate would submit that if they have uploaded BC community certificate, the respondents would consider them based on their Community Certificate issued by the Government of Tamil Nadu, for the Tamil Nadu State Quota.
