PRAYER The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents 2 and 3 to issue caste / Community certificate to the petitioner sons namely M.Rohit Varma and M.Sanjai Varma for the Community Vanniyar- (Most Backward Class) on the basis of the petitioner/ mothers caste/ community, origin at Puducherry, in pursuant to the orders of this honble court passed in W.P. No. 23638 /2023, dated 09.10.2023.
