This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining wilful disobedience of the order dated 05.11.2024 in W.P. No.12353 of 2020.
2. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the order of the Court is complied with.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner also endorsed the same.
4. In view of the above factual position, in our considered view, no further orders are required.
5. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
