JUDGMENT

This Criminal Appeal has been filed by the accused 1 and 2 against the judgment dated 28.02.2017 passed by the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai, in S.C.No.383 of 2013.

2. The brief facts of the case are as follows (i) P.W.1 is the defacto complainant. P.W.2 is the brother-in-law of P.W.1. P.W.2 was constructing a new house at Palanganatham, Madurai. During construction, the first accused used to send the waste water from the second accused father's house through the house site of P.W.2. Due to this, there was differen
