Prayer in Crl.O.P.SR No.40547 of 2025: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS , (1) to direct the 1st respondent to expedite penal action on the petitioner's complaint dated 16.6.2025 and fulfill its constitutional mandate of assisting the Hon'ble Supreme Court, as directed by Article 144 of the Constitution of India, (2) to direct payment of exemplary compensation of Rs.50 Lakhs to the petitioner, for the harassment meted-out by over-ruling the Hon'ble Supreme Court's judgment and for preventing the cases from being heard by the Judges of the Madras High Court, for the past 14 months.
Prayer in Crl.O.P.SR No.40551 of 2025: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS , (1) to direct the 1st respondent to expedite penal action on the petitioner's complaint dated 21.6.2025 so as to prevent further malpractices which are being committed by the 2nd respondent on a day-to-day basis, (2) to direct payment of exemplary compensation of Rs.50 Lakhs to the petitioner, for the wilful harassment meted-out by passage of factually false anonymous orders, with false classification of the subject statute, as has been done in Diary No.24967/25, and preventing it from being heard by the Hon'ble Judges of the High Court.

After hearing for some time, relating to maintainability, the Party-in-
