ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The impugned notice issued by the respondent dated 12.05.2025 is under challenge in the present Writ Petition.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the relief sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
3.In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
