It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the relief sought in this writ petition has become infructuous, in view of the subsequent orders passed by the Government and seeks liberty to take appropriate steps against the subsequent orders.

In the light of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructous granting liberty to the petitioners to take appropriate steps if any orders are passed by the Government subsequent to filing of the present writ petition.
