IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT MADRAS
G.R.SWAMINATHAN, K.RAJASEKAR, JJ
Ashok Rose – Appellant
Versus
G.Yesudhas – Respondent
(By G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.)
Heard both sides.
2.Yesudhas / first respondent herein filed W.P.(MD)No.1921 of
2025 seeking issuance of separate patta in favour of his daughter for the petition mentioned property. The learned Single Judge vide order dated 24.01.2025 allowed the writ petition as prayed for. Contending that the said order has been obtained behind his back, this third party writ appeal came to be filed.
3.We are not in a position to grant relief to the appellant for the simple reason that subsequently, in respect of the petition mentioned property, the appellant had executed a deed of release on 24.04.2025. The parties have entered into a compromise amongst themselves. If the appellant has any subsisting grievance, it is open to him to workout the same in the manner known to law.
4.In view of the subsequent development, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ appeal. This writ appeal is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
