These Writ Petitions have been filed to call for the records in proceedings No.Nil published in official website of respondent dated 16.10.2018 on the file of the respondent and quash the same as illegal, incompetent and without jurisdiction and further direct the respondent to select the petitioners as Physical Education Teachers based on the Degree awarded by the recognized University and for consequential orders. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been appointed to the post of Physical Education Teachers and the appointment orders are also issued to the petitioners.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, nothing survives for further consideration in these Writ Petitions and hence, the same are dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
