This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order bearing Na.Ka.No.37 / Kaa. Thu. Ka / Muthu - Ut / 2025 dated 06.02.2025, passed by the first respondent.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

It is seen that the request made by the petitioner seeking permission to conduct a peaceful procession and meeting at Alangadu Royal Thirumana Mandapam on 09.02.2025 and tribute in - front of memorial of Kovilur Rajesh on 22.02.2025 has now been expired. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
