The respondent is the plaintiff who filed the suit in O.S.No.116 of 2009 before the Principal District Court, Thiruchirappali and the same was made over to the I Additional District Judge (PCR), Tiruchirappalli for disposal in accordance with law. The learned I Additional District Judge dealt with the matter and decreed the suit in favour of the respondent and directed the first defendant therein to pay a sum of Rs. 57,28,702/- with subsequent interest thereon at the rate of 6% per annum from the date of the plaint till the date of realization.
