ORDER

This petition has been filed for direction to direct the respondent to conduct further investigation and file a report in compliance with the direction dated 07.02.2023 issued in C.M.P.No.546 of 2022 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Katpadi.

2. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.

Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by the learned Magistrate, the respondent conducted further enquiry and submitted report on 02.03.2024, thereby closed the complaint lodged by the petitioner. On receipt of the same the learned Judicial Magistrate, Katpadi, had sent notice to the petitioner.

3. In pursuant to the report submitted by the respondent, no further investigation can be ordered. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file private complaint before the jurisdictional Magistrate in accordance with law, if so advised.
