This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.84 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tindivanam.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as having become infructious. However, the Trial Court is directed to take cognizance on the final report filed by the first respondent in Crime No.84 of 2020 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if it is other wise in order.
